Vision
The Sentience & Intelligence Foresight Initiative (SIFI) is a public benefit organisation, performing educational research into future human capacities around thinking and feeling. We are affiliated with the Marshall Chair for AI Alignment and Consciousness Research in the USA and Alef Trust in the UK.
As a research lab and think-tank we are profoundly dedicated to education that upgrades human readiness for consciousness expansion.

Mission
Our goal is to expand consciousness for the total fulfillment, safety and flourishing of all sentient futures.
We have found that when people experience transcendent states, through meditation, contemplative practice, dreamwork or peak psi experiences, they experience an inner expansion allowing them to access higher states of consciousness. In this way, people can develop what we coin Synchronicity Experience Awareness. We see this shift in areas such as the ability to recognize meaningful patterns, see deeper connections, increase creativity, and develop better informed choices.
This approach matters now because the global metacrisis, primarily driven by AI, is accelerating exponentially. We're building a conscious readiness expansion framework, called HolopsychologyTM for everyone. This new 'total psychology' blends the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and technological aspects of human experience.
We believe that all people can learn to surf the superintelligence tsunami without losing agency or meaning. It's not mystical. It's measurable. And it's urgent.
We believe that this work is vitally important as a counterbalance to humanity’s future existential disruption by superintelligence.
